what is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost, including gift certificates and packages. To avoid the fee, you can transfer your appointment to a friend or family member by notifying our office.
what is the sick policy?
Your health and safety are our top priority. If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or any contagious illness, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to reschedule once you’re fully recovered.
can my teenager get a massage?
Yes! Our therapists are trained to work with teenagers, helping them manage stress, muscle tension, and sports-related recovery. Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian be present during appointments to ensure a safe and supportive experience.
does eunoia Massage take HSA/FSA Payments?
Yes! We accept HSA/FSA payments, along with all major credit cards and cash.

Yes! We specialize in prenatal massage and are dedicated to supporting expecting mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. For safety, we require all prenatal clients to consult their healthcare provider before booking a session. Additionally, we do not offer prenatal massage during the first trimester but look forward to providing care and relief during the second and third trimesters.
